No smoking inside the property
Keep noise to a minimum at all times — our neighbour occasionally work from home and ask that you be respectful of our neighbors
No loud music or disruptive activity after 9 PM
Protective pads must be used under all equipment and furniture
Crew must remove all equipment and trash after filming
No use of garden hose or water features without prior approval
No access to upstairs loft area unless pre-approved
Maximum of 4 crew members allowed indoors at one time
Any damage to the property must be reported and compensated
Visitor Parking available for vehicles
Pets are not allowed on-site
Use of floor-to-ceiling window as a light source is welcome, but please avoid placing equipment directly against the glass
Proof of production insurance may be required

About the location
We live in a 1-bedroom loft-style townhouse in Rukan Community — a peaceful, developing neighborhood surrounded by desert landscapes. The townhouses are built side by side, creating a cozy, close-knit atmosphere. One of our favorite features is the stunning 6-meter floor-to-ceiling window that floods the space with natural light and opens up the loft beautifully. While the area is still quiet, a new community is beginning to take shape around us, adding energy and potential. We also enjoy a small private garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
The space is ideal for photo and video shoots thanks to its unique architecture, natural lighting, and open layout.
