No smoking on the property, smoking can be done on the street outside. Catering to be done in the shaded side garden or under the gazebo. Be courteous of neighbours parking needs. Full day rental only, no part days or “one room only” arrangements. Full cleaned after shoot and any damage repaired at their cost.

About the location
Our villa is open plan with a very large kitchen, with loads of room for cameras on rails. Large glazed, bifold openings and single level to allow shoots to transition from inside to out. Beautiful garden, pool and large gazebo for outdoor shoots. Large balcony overlooking garden, golf course and Burj Khalifa can also be used for shoots. White walls and neutral colours throughout to allow for effective lighting or decorating during the shoot. Large en-suite spare bedroom available as dressing room, hair and makeup.
