Catering setup is permitted outdoors only
Cover all sofas, chairs, and rugs with protective material to maintain cleanliness
Do not block driveways, building entrances, or shared pathways
No shoes indoors (unless required for talent during takes)
No smoking or vaping indoors
Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
Trash must be collected and removed at the end of the shoot
Use tennis balls or protective caps on light stand legs to prevent floor damage
Gate Access: A full crew list with names and vehicle details must be provided 24 hours in advance to arrange security gate passes for Jumeirah Golf Estates.

Loading & Lift: Please use the service elevator for any heavy equipment or large props to protect the main lobby.

Furniture: Furniture may be moved for the shoot but must be lifted, not dragged, to prevent floor damage, and returned to its original position before checkout.

Catering: Food and drink are permitted in the kitchen and dining areas only. Please do not eat on the sofas or in the bedrooms.

Capacity: Maximum crew/talent size is limited to 15 people due to the residential nature of the building.

Loading & Drop-off: Crews may temporarily stop at the main building entrance to offload equipment and personnel. Please use the service elevator for heavy gear.

After Offloading: Vehicles must move immediately to the designated parking areas (Mosque or Main Road) to keep the building entrance clear for residents.

There is ample free parking available in two convenient locations close to Tower A:

Street Parking:
Available along the side of the main road behind the building (on the approach towards the location).

Mosque Parking (Recommended):
A large parking lot is located at the nearby Mosque, which is just a 2-minute walk from the tower entrance. This space is ideal for larger crew vans or multiple vehicles.
Sound and Acoustics
External Noise: The unit is located in a quiet, low-traffic residential community (JGE), ensuring minimal external street noise.

Internal Acoustics: The apartment features tiled flooring and high ceilings, which create a slight natural reverb. However, the furnished living area (rugs/sofas) helps dampen the sound.

A/C: The central air conditioning emits a low hum but can be temporarily switched off during critical audio takes.

Furniture: Freestanding furniture (sofas, dining tables, beds) may be carefully moved to accommodate camera angles.
Rules:

Lift, Don't Drag: Furniture must be lifted when moving to prevent scratching the floor tiles.

Restoration: All items must be returned to their original positions before the crew departs.

Restrictions: No painting of walls, drilling holes, or using strong adhesives (like gaffer tape) on the wall paint.
Lighting information
Natural Light: The space is flooded with natural daylight through large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room and bedrooms.

Control:

Living Area: Fitted with sheer curtains that create beautiful soft, diffused light is perfect for interviews and lifestyle shots.

Bedrooms: Equipped with blackout options if you need to control the environment.

Outdoor Light: The large balcony offers excellent directional light and is perfect for capturing the "Golden Hour" in the late afternoon.
Electrical access
Power Specs: Standard UAE residential power (220-240V) with Type G (UK-style 3-pin) wall outlets located frequently throughout the apartment.

Capacity: The electrical circuits are sufficient for standard production setups, including LED lighting panels, strobes, monitors, and camera battery charging.

Access & Safety:
Breaker Box: The distribution board is accessible inside the unit (near the entrance/kitchen area) should a breaker need resetting.

Extension Cords: We recommend bringing extension leads/stinger cables to power equipment in the center of the large living room.

Restriction: Please note this is a residential building; no 3-phase power is available for heavy industrial lights (HMI).
