Property Rules
1. Tennis balls must be used UNDER light stands and equipment for protection.
2. Fragile floors must be covered with rubber mats or soft carpets for equipment.
3. Use or filming of Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
4. HAZE MACHINES ARE NOT ALLOWED; fire alarms must remain unobstructed.
5. Private Parking access for the truck available.
6. For all shoots DFTC Approval is required. Shoots that involve exterior of the building or building facade also need RTA and DWTC permissions.
7. Loading of equipment, catering and pulling of generator wires to be avoided from the reception area. There are other 3 entrances on the side and back which can be used for this purpose.
8. GENERATOR NEEDS TO BE ARRANGED.
9. Free Private Parking available for approx. 5 Cars with the Equipment Truck. Any extra vehicles parking to be paid by the client.
10. Trade License of the production house along with manager's emirates id copy to be submitted prior to the shoot.
11. Tenants/members at the workspace should not be disturbed while filming.
