Property Rules
- All international crew must present the relevant documentation issued by DTCM or Dubai TV Commission, authorising said company to conduct a film/photo shoot in Dubai.
- If the crew wish to film or take photographs during a recce, they must first sign a disclaimer or contract agreeing that the recce photographs will only be used to show to clients interested in using the resort as a location and not for any other purpose.
- No guests or members on site can be filmed or photographed without consent.
- Film and photo shoots can be accommodated from Monday to Friday only (excluding public holiday).
- Any catering arrangements and equipment related arrangements must be discussed in advance.
- Location is subject to availability.
- Drone filming is not allowed.
- Filming Insurance is Mandatory
- A waiver must be signed before the shoot

We reserve the right to cancel the shoot in the event that the logistics are to interfere with operations in a non-sustainable way and if other guests are impacted beyond normal levels.
Our villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bath. There is also a garden and a pool, as well as a charming sun terrace.
